credit is desired, print out the payment form that
contains a post-test, answer sheet, and course
evaluation or pay for the CEU certificate on-line
by clicking on the red order button. Complete this information and
fax or mail for grading and processing a contact
hour certificate. If you would like us to
mail a hard copy of the study to you there is an
additional $10/study charge. Participants who
score 70% or above will be provided a CEU
certificate for the appropriate number of contact hours within
five business days. Priority
processing is available upon verbal request.
All
home studies are pre-approved by for continuing
education credit for Texas and Oklahoma
physical therapists and physical therapist
assitants.
